At the same time, I do not think it is such a bad idea to think about where you'd like to be in 10 years. Believe me, you will change your mind about 100 times between now and then, and that is totally cool, but having goals and a direction you'd like to follow is key, no matter what path you choose. You guys are so lucky! You have the world in front of you and so many areas to specialize in that you probably don't even know about yet. You probably still do at times. When we read <em>Encounter</em> by Jany Yolen, we were faced with the story of Columbus through the eyes of a young Taino boy who witnessed his home of San Salvador taken over and exploited by the European explorers.<br /></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;">A mere 115 years after this travesty, the pilgrims arrived in the new world.
